Stella Rousta

Pole Dance Coach

Stella Rousta was born and raised in Athens. She has been involved in pole dance since 2016, beginning her journey as an athlete at the age of 15. Before discovering pole dance, she trained competitively in rhythmic gymnastics and ballet, building a strong foundation in technique, movement and artistic expression from an early age.

Biography

As a pole athlete, she has competed in Greece and internationally, earning distinctions across several categories. Among her achievements, she won 1st place in the Semi-Pro Women category at the Greek Pole Dance Championship in 2019 and 1st place in the Elite Women category at the POSA Pole Sport Championship in 2021. She has also represented Greece in international competitions.

Stella began teaching in 2020 and has since gained experience as an instructor and coach both in Greece and abroad. During her time in Belgium, she founded and coached a competitive team, guiding her students to distinctions at international competitions. She later founded and managed her own pole dance school in Orestiada, Greece.

Her teaching combines technique, strength, flexibility, dance and performance. She also specialises in competition preparation, helping athletes develop their technique, create and refine their choreography and performance, and prepare comprehensively for the stage.
