Mandy Fragkiadaki is a both a Greek and International Champion in pole dance/span> and started working professionally, since 2010.
In 2019 she participated in the International Pole Art Greece competition, where she won 2nd place in the Elites category (between the acclaimed Camille De Haas 1st place and Radmila Aitova 3rd place) winning the ticket to participate in the world championship Pole Art World 2020 by POSA in Canada. In 2017 she won 1st place in the Greek Pole Dance Championship (GPDC) in two categories: Professionals and Doubles.
In 2016 she participated in the International Pole Art Cyprus competition, where she won 3rd place in the Doubles category, with co-dancer Artemis Anagnostou (among distinguished athletes such as Dimitry Politov / Pink Puma and Dimitry Fedotov / Alyona Seyp).
In 2014, she won the first title of her career, winning 2nd place (Runner Up) in the first GPDC organized in the country by RAD Polewear.
Biography
She was born and raised in Athens. From her childhood, she was involved in various sports such as tennis, climbing, swimming, water and alpine skiing.
At the age of 12 she devoted herself to competitive sailing for 8 years, winning 5 consecutive Greek National Championships, 5th place in the European Championship 2007 and 8th place in the 2009 World Championship.
In 2010 she was involved in sailing training and specifically in the Optimist category (ages 6-14), gaining experience in both coaching and managing from beginners to racing teams.
At the same time, in research of a new activity that is equally dynamic and extreme, she discovered pole dance. Soon, she bought a pole and started as a self-taught, experimenting with online exercises. She then attended classes for about 4 months at a pole dance school and later worked as a pole dance instructor in beginner levels.
In 2011, she attended her first training workshop in Milan and till now she stays updated and keeps attending seminars by world-renowned athletes and dancers.
In her working career, she taught private and group lessons as a freelancer in a private studio and later she collaborated with Nikos Marianos at NMDF where she was teaching flexibility and pole dance lessons.
In 2018 she decided to set up Mf pole studio, with the aim of offering a bigger audience the opportunity to get to meet and love pole dancing, through her personal style.
In addition, in 2020 she was certified as a Pole Sport National Judge by POSA (Pole Sports & Arts World Federation) while in the same year she attended seminar training classes in Aerial Hoop.
