Mf Pole Studio

Founded in 2018 by Mandy Fragkiadaki, MF Pole Studio is a space dedicated to movement, strength, and artistic expression.

Through classes in Pole Dance, Pole Choreography, Exotic Pole, Flexibility, Crosspole, and Kid’s Pole, we offer a comprehensive training experience that combines athletic development with creativity.

We foster an environment where every individual, regardless of age or experience level, can grow, build confidence, and discover new possibilities through movement.

With a strong presence in the Greek pole community and collaborations with internationally renowned athletes and performers, MF Pole Studio continues to be a place of learning, inspiration, and growth.

The Studio

At MF Pole Studio, we have created a modern and functional training space designed to provide a comfortable and safe environment for every student. Our friendly and supportive atmosphere encourages growth, consistency, and enjoyment throughout every stage of the training journey.

The studio features 11 professional Pole Dance poles from leading brands X-Pole and Lupit Pole, along with complementary equipment for strength training, flexibility, and technical development.

Safety is one of our top priorities. The studio is equipped with specialized sports flooring, while crash mats are used whenever required, ensuring the appropriate conditions for safe and effective training at every level.

Where to find us

Our school is located right next door (1 ‘on foot) at the metro station “Agios Antonios”(red line). Coming out of the exit “Odos Ethnarchou Makariou” on the right side, there is a shopping center. Its entrance is between the stores, Media Strom and Prego Cafe. You will find Mf Pole Studio entrance following the way down to the patio of shopping center.
