Flexibility

The aim of the course is to improve body agility using dynamic and static flexibility techniques. It is a class aimed at all levels, all ages as well as people who are not into Pole Dancing.

It will help you achieve faster movements on the pole and hoop that require special flexibility in the legs and waist. It is recommended as a lesson combined with pole dance or aerial hoop once a week.
