Crosspole

A combination of pole strength and cross training, this class aims to body toning and improving the physical condition through cyclic training. We use a variety of equipment: the pole of course but also kettlebells, balls, TRX etc
It is aimed at all levels, all ages as well as people who are not involved in Pole Dancing.
