About Us
Founded in 2018 by Mandy Fragkiadaki, MF Pole Studio is a space dedicated to movement, strength, and artistic expression.
Through classes in Pole Dance, Pole Choreography, Exotic Pole, Flexibility, Crosspole, and Kid’s Pole, we offer a comprehensive training experience that combines athletic development with creativity.
We foster an environment where every individual, regardless of age or experience level, can grow, build confidence, and discover new possibilities through movement.
