ABOUT
Dance around the floor, when choreography comes alive…
You can learn simple and short movements next to the pole but still on the floor. Feel how your movements can flow with the music.
Here we only use the pole incidentally but you learn a short (about 1min) choreography that fuse movements into the experience of dancing.

ABOUT
Fluidity, know how to learn new movements on the pole and how to interconnect them into fluid combos.
When you already know some basics on the pole herewe stitch them together into exciting and fluid line of movements. One workshop normally give you 4-6 combos that you can practice and every single “Pole Art Combos” gives you new combos. After these you may roll into an “Art on Pole” workshop that will give you the full experience of a short pole dance choreography.

Art is born on the pole, when you feel how to arrive from the floor to the pole and back…
When you already know the basics of the pole and some combos but you desire to dive deeper into dancing, where you will learn it’s much more than a sport or practicing it’s tricks.
In this class we create a new choreography from combos giving you a brand new level of expperience with the pole.
