ASHLEY PAYNE, BIO
Ashley Payne, born in England, was introduced to Acrobatic Gymnastics at the age of 7 and went on to achieve a place on the National Team earning several National Medals. Following these early days, Ashley has spent his adulthood exploring the world of acrobatics with disciplines including trampolining, diving and aerial circus, with his foremost passion being hand balancing.
The methodology of Ashley’s hand balancing workshops is predominantly technically focused and prioritises the mechanics of balance over merely employing power.
The workshops are a fun and safe place to try out handstands, understand where you might be going wrong in your training and meet other like minded enthusiasts.
