Alis says: ”This is a smooth and graceful choreo which involves leg work, floor transitions and sequences with the pole.
I’ll teach you how to do my favourite combos and signature movements in this class. Also I’ll give you tips on how to improve the execution of the dance.”

Alis says: ”It’s an eclectic style inspired by frame up, contemporary and other dance styles. The choreo includes work with the music and body isolation techniques. That’s my own vision of exotic dance.”

Tricks On The Heels
The tastiest of exotic pole dance! This is a short sequence with the signature tricks and transitions on the pole and the floor (handstands, cartwheels, drops, rollovers on the heels).
