Words for @EkaterinaPogrebitskaya, multiple champion of international Pole Dance and Pole Art championships and also an experienced coach in Pole Dance and Stretching.
We are more than excited to announce that this great artist will give two (2) exclusive pole dance workshops in our studio, on Sunday 14th May 2023.

All you need to know about Workshops below:
1️⃣ WS1. Spin Pole: Choreography with tricks
You will learn how to move nicely and fill the space around you, while combining this knowledge with the fascinating elements of tricks.
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Starts: 12:30 (90mins)
2️⃣ WS2. Flow Tricks & Transitions technique on static pole
At this workshop, you will learn aesthetic tricks and transitions in the flow style, you will learn the technique of correct execution of elements that will facilitate the performance of a given trick, movement or transition.
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Starts: 14:15 (90mins)
Cost per Workshop: 55€ / person (special discount for Mf members)
