All you need to know about Workshops below:
WS1. SLINKY / Heels Flow Choreo [ 17:00 – 18:30 ]
In this class we’re gonna learn a sequence with classical movements and signature sequences from Exotic Flow style. The focus here is to work in a very technical way on how to slinky around the pole using legworks, hand motion, dynamic transitions and tricks at a low level.
– Requirements to do the class: experience dancing in heels. Feel confident with basic spins and basic floorwork. Mastery the pole foundations like climbs and pull ups.
– Equipment for the class: Heels, Knee Pads
– Level: Intermediate / Advanced
WS2. Exotic Elements: Tricks & Transitions [ 18:45 – 20:15 ]
For those who LOVE impact and dynamic elements. In this class we’re gonna understand the right technique to do knee kips in a lot of different ways, mixing them with dynamic transitions.
Always working through progressions starting from the base to more advanced variations.
– Requirements: Feel confident dancing in Heels. Mastery inversions, intermediate spins, pull ups, floorwork foundations and upside down base movements.
– Equipment: Knee Pads, Heels, Shorts (legs free to hang on the pole)
– Level: Intermediate / Advanced
