Power spins and rotations set in challenging combos, learn the techniques of creating effortless looking spin around a static pole and understand movement mechanics to create momentum like it was magic! (Level: Int/Adv)
WS2. FLOORGASM (floor) (17:45-19:15)
Floor work choreography to music including rolls, acrobatics, kips and balances. Heels/socks and kneepads required! (Level: Int/Adv)
