Alis says: \u201dThis is a smooth and graceful choreo which involves leg work, floor transitions and sequences with the pole.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll teach you how to do my favourite combos and signature movements in this class. Also I\u2019ll give you tips on how to improve the execution of the dance.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tricks On The Heels<\/strong><\/p>\n

The tastiest of exotic pole dance! This is a short sequence with the signature tricks and transitions on the pole and the floor (handstands, cartwheels, drops, rollovers on the heels).<\/p>\n

Level: Intermediate, advanced<\/p>\n
