Mf Pole Studio<\/h1>\n

Mf Pole Studio was created in 2018 by Mandy Fragkiadaki in order to be a meeting point and development place for Pole Dancing, Pole Choreography, Exotic Pole, Kid\u2019s Pole, Flexibility, Pole Conditioning<\/strong> classes for all levels and ages, so that athletes can receive comprehensive training around acrobatic and aerial dances.<\/p>\n

The school has hosted seminars by many world-renowned dancers\/athletes, with the aim of bringing the Greek public into contact with many different styles.<\/p>\n

The Studio<\/h1>\n

Our space is properly designed so that the student can move and train comfortably and safely. It is a pleasant and clean environment, with a friendly mood from our staff, which will make you feel familiar.<\/p>\n

There are 11 X-POLE X-PERT Chrome poles (40mm \/ 45mm) in the classroom, which are considered to be ones of the most popular and reliable pole dancing poles in the world.<\/p>\n

Additional sports equipment is also available for auxiliary \/ supplementary use in Flexibility<\/strong>,<\/strong> Crosspole,\u00a0<\/strong>Pilates & Acrobatic Pole Tricks (APT)\u00a0<\/span><\/strong> , but also for individual use by the members of the school during free practice hours.free<\/strong> practice<\/strong>).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also, in the main classroom is installed special athletic floor in order to avoid vibrations and injuries. Where it is deemed necessary by our coaches, special protective mats, known us \u201ccrash mats\u201d, are placed under the poles and the hoops during training.<\/p>\n

Where to find us<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Our school is located right next door (1 \u2018on foot) at the metro station \u201cAgios Antonios\u201d<\/strong>(red line<\/em>). Coming out of the exit \u201cOdos Ethnarchou Makariou\u201d <\/strong>on the right side, there is a shopping center. Its entrance is between the stores, Media Strom and Prego Cafe. You will find Mf Pole Studio entrance <\/strong> following the way down to the patio of shopping center.<\/p>\n
